By engaging BNH INT Consultancy Limited ("BNH") for any service, or by submitting an enquiry through our website, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
BNH provides corporate advisory, company incorporation, compliance management, visa coordination, accounting, and company secretarial services in Hong Kong. The specific scope of services is as set out in the service confirmation issued to the Client. BNH acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the outcome of any application subject to a government authority's decision.
Fees are set out in the service confirmation provided to the Client prior to commencement of services. Unless otherwise stated, fees exclude government fees, disbursements, and third-party costs. Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BNH's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the claim. BNH is not liable for delays caused by government authority decisions, regulatory changes, or force majeure events.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public information disclosed during the engagement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. Last updated: 2026.
